The Daboub Partnership™, an initiative of ARCIS, LLC, (“Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who utilize the www.daboubpartnership.com site or services.  Please read the following policy to understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you may provide to us via www.daboubpartnership.com (the “Site”).  This policy may be revised from time to time. Any such revision will be included as part of an updated Privacy Statement posted on this Site and no separate notification will be given. Accordingly, please revisit this page often to remain fully informed of our privacy policies. 

WHAT INFORMATION DOES COMPANY COLLECT FROM YOU?

Via the Site, Company collects from all Site visitors certain personally identifiable information, and technical and other information.  

Browsing:  When you browse the non-password protected portions of the Site, you do so anonymously; no personally identifiable information is collected.

Discretionary Contact With Us:  The Site provides information on how to contact us electronically through e-mail, via phone and mail.  Whenever you make such contact, you will be providing us with your name and other information, such as home address, email address, phone number and any information you choose to include in the text of your message or verbally (as applicable). 

HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU?

  • Ways We May Share Information.  We do not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties.  We share information we collect via the Site only for legitimate business purposes, as described above. Consistent with these purposes, we may share your information, including your personally identifiable information: 
    • With our affiliates and third parties providing services on our behalf.  We require our affiliates and third parties providing services on our behalf to limit their use and disclosure of your information to uses and disclosures that are consistent with this Privacy Statement. 
    • When required by applicable law, regulation or legal process, or in response to a requests of relevant regulatory and law enforcement and/or other governmental agencies or authorities. 
    • In the event Company becomes involved in a merger, acquisition or any form of sale of some or all of our assets, personal information would be transferred to Company’s successor in connection with that transaction. We will endeavor to (i) ensure the confidentiality of any personal information involved in such transactions and (ii) provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

MODIFICATIONS

We strive to maintain the accuracy of any personally identifiable information that may be collected from you, and will use our commercially reasonable efforts to respond promptly to update our database when you tell us the information in our database is not accurate.   You may obtain from us, by email sent to legal@Company.com, or by mail sent to the address set forth below under the heading “QUESTIONS?,” a copy of your registration information. If you wish to make any changes to any personally identifiable information you have provided to us, you may do so at any time by emailing us or by sending us a letter as set forth in the prior sentence.   

MAILING LISTS

When you register as an individual user of Company, you may choose to subscribe (at no charge) to our mailing list.  If you choose to subscribe to the mailing list, we may periodically send to you newsletters, publications, links to our affiliates, or other information regarding the Site and our services.

OPT OUT

On registration, you may opt out of receiving communications from us and our affiliates by leaving unchecked the box which states “I wish to receive communications from Company” (or similar statement). At any time after registration, you can change your opt in/opt out preference by emailing us at the Contact page or by sending us a letter to the address set forth below under the heading “QUESTIONS?.”    

CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION

You may choose not to provide us with your personally identifiable information.  However, choosing not to provide certain requested personally identifiable information may prevent you from accessing and taking advantage of certain services offered by Company via the Site.

CHILDREN

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-06 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1-312.12, the Site does not permit children under 13 years of age to become users, and we do not collect information from children.  By using the Site, you represent that you are not under 13 years of age.   

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Company may reference or provide links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the third party websites, and you should review the privacy policies posted on such sites. Please be aware that Company does not control, nor are we responsible for, the privacy policies or information practices of third parties or their websites.

PROTECTING YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Company employs security systems to protect the information we receive from you from unauthorized disclosure.   If you are a registered individual user or Provider, you should not share your password with anyone.  In addition, if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, it is your responsibility to contact Company immediately.  Company personnel will never ask you to divulge your password in written or electronic communications.  We will only ask you for your password when you contact us and only in cases where you request customer service to correct a service problem which requires your password. Please be aware that Internet data transmission is not always secure and we cannot warrant or guarantee that information you transmit utilizing the Site is secure.  Because security is important to both Company and you, we will always make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. You will be notified of any security breaches affecting you in accordance with applicable law. 

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

This Privacy Statement is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the daboubpartnership.com. Also see Terms & Conditions.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement, please do not provide us with any information and do not use the Site.  By using the Site and voluntarily providing your personally identifiable information to us, you consent to the collection and use of such personally identifiable information as set forth in this Privacy Statement. 

EFFECTIVENESS

This Privacy Statement is effective as of March 19, 2013.  We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this policy, and any such modifications, alterations, or updates will be effective upon posting.  In the event we modify this Privacy Statement, your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance of the modified Privacy Statement.
