World Bank Group Managing Director, Juan Jose Daboub, today announced he will be leaving the global development institution this summer after completing his four-year term.  Mr. Daboub is departing the Bank to pursue other opportunities in the international arena.

“It has been an honor and a privilege to work to create opportunities to help people take destiny into their own hands and build brighter futures in the countries we serve. I have really enjoyed my time and learned a tremendous amount from the remarkable staff members who are global leaders in the field of development. In my next endeavor, I hope I will be able to continue this kind of important work,” said Mr. Daboub.
